京津冀建设世界级城市群面临的突出问题与对策

文章采用规范分析与实证分析相结合的方法,论证了京津冀建设世界级城市群现存的主要问题及其成因。在此基础上,依据《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》提出的要求,结合我国"十三五"时期的规划部署,借鉴国际经验,明确提出了京津冀协同推进世界级城市群建设的基本思路和主要措施。

This paper adopts the method of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis, demonstrates the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei building world-class urban agglomeration＇ s existing main problems and their causes.On this basis, according to the program for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei de- mands and lessons from international experience, this paper articulates the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated pushing the construction of a world-class city basic thought and main measures.
