红色文化是党的优良传统的重要载体,体现了党的实事求是、为民服务、坚持理想和严明纪律等传统,是中华民族复兴的重要条件。从红色文化中继承和发扬党的优良传统和作风,需要加大对红色文化的保护、整理和研究,还要引导党员干部身体力行地践行党的优良传统和作风,提高红色文化在优化政治生态和改善从政环境上的贡献率。

The red culture is an important carrier of the fine tradition of the C.P.C, which indicates that the tra- ditions of the CPC to seek truth from facts, to serve the people, to adhere to the ideals and discipline,and so on. The traditions are important conditions for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. From the red culture to inher- it and carry forward the fine traditions and the style of the CPC, which is necessary to increase protection, com- pilation and research of the red culture, and also to guide members and cadres of C.P.C personally to practice the fine traditions and work style. The purpose is to improve the contribution rate of the red culture in the opti- mization of political ecology and the political environment.
