摘要 文章对西藏那曲地区那曲县及拉萨市的畜产品市场和加工企业进行了系统的调查。数据显示,目前西藏市场上畜产品生产加工企业数量多但规模小,且多以初级加工为主,产品类型单调,缺乏优质品牌;区内畜产品深加工能力严重不足,处在产业链的低端,严重制约了增收的"潜力"。为充分发挥西藏畜产品对西藏地区经济发展的支撑作用,文章提出了制定相应的政策、利用市场机制、通过"龙头"企业的带动作用构建合理的经济合作机构等政策建议。 The livestock products markets and related enterprises were investigated and analyzed systematically in Nagqu county of Nagqu Prefecture and in Lhasa, Tibet Autonomous Region(TAR). Currently there are many enterprises which process livestock products but small in scale, mostly being primary processing monotonous product type and lack of quality-brand name products. There is seriously shortage of capability in deep-processing of products for these enterprises and they mainly supply raw material to other markets letting to the processing livestock products in Tibet stands at the lowest level in the industry chain. All these factors badly restrict potential income. Some policy suggestions were proposed, such as the making appropriate policies, taking advantage of market mechanism and constructing reasonable economic cooperation by playing the leading role of large companies, for fully playing the supporting role of livestock products in the regional economical development in Tibet.
