摘要 采用增益可控的集成运算放大器AD603为核心,辅以高速运算放大器AD8041,设计了增益调整范围84d B的超声探伤仪信号放大电路。建模分析了实验过程中多级运算放大器级联时自激现象的机理,采取超前补偿解决了运算放大器级联容易自激振荡的问题。通过印刷电路板实验对电路性能进行了检验。 A signal amplification circuit of ultrasonic flaw detector is designed based on variable gain amplifier AD603 and high speed amplifier AD8041. The gain adjustment range of the circuit is 84 d B.The mechanism of self- excited oscillation phenomenon in the cascade of amplifiers is analyzed by modeling. This problem is solved with the help of lead compensation and the performance of the modified circuit is satisfactory in tests on printed circuit board.
