摘要
构建农村学前教育公共服务体系,应体现出公平、公正、高质量的特点。目前,应针对农村现有教育资源利用率低、师资力量薄弱、政府管理缺位等问题,从幼儿园自身建设入手,树立公共服务意识,完善各项政策制度,使农村群众成为构建学前教育公共服务体系的参与者,充分发挥学前教育机构的公共服务作用。
Establishing the public preschool education service system in rural should show the features of fairness,justice and high quality. We should solve the problems that exists in village such as low level of educational resources utilization,lack of teachers and omission of governing from the self construction of kindergartens by building idea of public service,perfecting all the policies and systems making the people living in village become the participators in the construction of preschool education service system so as to make full uses of the public service function of preschool education institutions.
