中国一流高校毕业典礼现状梳理及改进研究

The Status Quo and Improvement Research of Graduation Ceremony in the Top Universities of China

作为一种人生仪式,毕业典礼对于学校文化建设和学生成长都具有不可替代的作用。我国一流高校的毕业典礼具有形式多样、学生的主体性日益受到重视等特点,但也存在着典礼举办时间过短、社会参与性不强等问题。产生这些问题的主要原因在于学校对学生的主体性不够重视。提高我国一流高校毕业典礼的实效,需要高校从思想上予以高度重视,强化学生的主体性,整合教育资源,利用多种渠道筹办典礼,以形成学校的特色,实现其教育价值。

As a kind of life ceremony,graduation ceremony plays an important role for school culture construction and students’ grow up. Graduation ceremony in the top universities of China has many advantages,such as a variety of forms,the subjectivity of students is becoming more attention and so on,but in fact,there are some disadvantages,such as short time,weak participation etc. The basic reason is that schools ignore students’ subjectivity. To ameliorate the graduation ceremony of top universities in China,we should take it seriously,consolidate students’ subjectivity,integrate educational resources,and use diverse channels to form the personality of schools to realize the value of education.
