The Relationship between Teacher Education Process and Moral Composition Practice

教师的立德是其育人的根本前提。育人要先立德,立德体现在教师的育人过程之中。教师的育人过程、效果与其立德实践之间是互为因果、相辅相成的关系。育人是教师最根本的职责,立德是国家当前对教师的迫切要求。明晰两者之间的关系,有利于教师更好地完成立德树人的根本任务。

Teacher’s moral composition is the fundamental premise of education. Education should moral composition first,moral composition embodied in teachers’ educational process. The relationship between teacher’s education process,the effect and moral composition practice is causal and complementary.
