Analysis on Xin'an Physicians' Experience in Treating Impediment Syndrome

目的:探析新安医家治疗痹证的经验,以服务于现代临床。方法:立足于新安医家著作,从病名、辨证、论治等方面探讨和分析新安医家治疗痹证的中医特色。结果:新安医家治疗痹证,遵循经典,详立病名,注重辨证论治,祛邪通络不忘扶正,选方用药强调顾护脾胃,培补肝肾,滋养精血。结论:新安医家治疗痹证,兼收并蓄,博采众长,又各具特色,为临床痹证的治疗提供了参考。

Objective： To analyze the experience of Xin＇an physicians in treating impediment syndrome in order to serve the modern clinical. Methods： Based on books of Xin＇an physicians,from the aspects of the name,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,to explore and analyze Xin＇an physicians subject characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of impediment syndrome.Results： Xin＇an physicians acknowledgement of treatment,follow the classic,detailed set of the name. In the clinical,pay attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment,eliminate pathogenic factors and not forget to strengthen healthy qi. During the clinic off,emphasize to protect the spleen and stomach,complement the liver and kidney,nourish essence and blood. Conclusion： Xin＇an physicians in treating impediment syndrome,swallow anything and everything and learn widely from others＇ strong points,and each has its own characteristics. The experience of Xin＇an physicians in treating impediment syndrome provides the reference for clinical treatment.
