新建区社区老年居民中医体质辨识分析

TCM Constitutional Identification Analysis of Community Elderly Residents in Xinjian District

目的:了解新建区社区老年居民中医体质分布情况,分析体质偏颇产生的原因,为本社区老年居民的养生调摄提供依据。方法:采用《中医体质分类与判断》标准对1021例新建区中医院所辖社区老年居民进行问卷调查,并对数据统计分析。结果:该社区老年居民偏颇体质所占比率显著高于平和质(P<0.01),各体质类型男性和女性老年居民呈现不同的分布情况,偏颇体质中男性和女性占前三位的均为气虚质、阳虚质和痰湿质。且随着年龄的增加,男性和女性气虚质和阳虚质所占比率逐渐升高(P<0.01),且男性和女性间存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:随着年龄的增大,新建区社区老年居民平和质逐渐减少,偏颇体质逐渐增多,并以气虚质和阳虚质为主,不同性别、不同年龄分布构成比有所不同,这对开展中医"治未病"具有重要的参考价值。

Objective： To investigate the distribution of TCM constitution of the community elderly residents in Xinjian District,and to analyze the causes of physical bias and provide related database for healthy maintenance of the community elderly residents. Methods：1021 community elderly residents in Xinjian District were inquired with questionnaire survey according to the standard of TCM Constitution Classification and Judgment,and analysis was made for the statistical data. Results： The community elderly residents have a significantly higher proportion of biased constitution than those of yin- yang moderate physical constitution（ P〈0. 01）; both male and female elderly residents show different distribution in the different constitutions in which among elderly men and women with biased constitution,the top three are featured with constitutions of qi deficiency,yang deficiency,phlegm- dampness; and with the increase of age,the proportion of men and women with qi- deficiency constitution and Yang- deficiency constitution are increasing（ P〈0. 01）,and differences between the male and female appear apparent（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： As they become older,the moderate physical constitution in the elderly residents in the Xinjian District is gradually reducing while biased constitution growing,with a great priority to qi- deficiency and Yang- deficiency constitution. In addition,the ratioes of distribution among the different groups with different gender and ages are varied. All of these serve as an important reference for Preventive Treatment of Disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
