果酸换肤治疗痤疮的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of Alpha Hydroxy Acid Replacing Skins for Acne

目的:总结果酸换肤治疗痤疮的观察与护理。方法:对62例痤疮患者行果酸换肤治疗,同时加强治疗前、治疗时和治疗后的护理,并进行健康宣教。结果:本组患者经1个疗程果酸换肤治疗后,痊愈率33.9%,显效率58%,总有效率为91.9%。结论:加强果酸换肤治疗的护理是果酸换肤治疗成功的保证。

Objective： To summarize the nursing and observation of alpha hydroxy acid replacing skins in the treatment of acne. Methods： Sixty- two cases with acne were treated by alpha hydroxy acid,at the same time strengthen the before treatment,treatment and after treatment of nursing,and health education. Results： After treatment for a period of treatment,the cure rate was 33. 9%,the effective rate was 58%,and the total effective rate was 91. 9%. Conclusion： Strengthen the nursing of alpha hydroxy acid is the guarantee for the success of treating acne by alpha hydroxy acid replacing skins.
