补肾强精颗粒中肉桂酸有效成分的水提取工艺考察

Study on Water Extraction Process of Bushen Qianjing Granule with the Content of Active Cinnamic Acid by HPLC

目的:优选补肾强精颗粒水提取工艺。方法:以水提取物中的有效成分肉桂酸含量为指标,采用高效液相法测定肉桂酸含量,运用正交设计法优选补肾强精颗粒水提取工艺。结果:补肾强精颗粒的最佳水提取方法为药材加6倍量水,煎煮二次,每次煎煮时间2h。结论:采用该水提工艺,水提取物中肉桂酸的收率较高且稳定。

Objective： To optimize the water estraction process of Bushen Qianjing Granule. Methods： With the content of active ingredient cinnamic acid as indicators,HPLC and orthogonal design were used to select the water extraction process of Bushen Qianjing Granule. Results： The best water extraction process was adding 6 fold water times,decocting time 2h,for 2 times. Conclusion： The yield of cinnamic acid is high and stable by the method..
