摘要
本文通过整理分析数据,对我国农村卫生人力资源现状进行描述,发现存在的问题,并提出优化我国农村卫生人才队伍建设的建议。
Through the analysis of the data,the description of the current situation of rural health human resources in China,we find the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding suggestion.
