左归丸创方思想探究及现代研究进展

左归丸是滋阴补肾的代表方剂,出自明代温补名家张景岳的《景岳全书·新方八阵》,是张景岳据其真阴学说、参以个人用药体悟、由六味地黄丸化裁而来。该方具有滋阴补肾、填精益髓等功效,用于肾阴虚诸证,临床治疗妇科疾病、神经系统疾病、骨骼疾病、心脑血管疾病等有显著疗效,同时在实验研究中发现,左归丸能够调节下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴功能紊乱,改善骨代谢,保护神经细胞,促进骨髓造血。

Zuogui Pill is the representative prescription of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney yin,come from Jing Yue Quan Shu. Xin Fang Ba Zhen wrote by the famous expert of tonifying and warming in Ming dynasty. It was cut and optimised by Liuwei Dihuang Pill accord to the ZHANG Jing- yue＇s experience using the medicine and Zhenyin theory. The prescription has the function of nourishing yin and invigorating kidney,replenishing vital essence and nourishing the Bone marrow. It is used in the treatment of kidney yin deficiency syndrome. In the clinical,TCM is used to treat the diseases of gynaecology,nervous system and bone disease. Moreover,the experimental study revealed that zuogui pill can regulate the hypothalamus pituitary target gland axis,improve bone metabolism,protect nerve cells,and promote bone marrow hematopoietic.
