摘要
为了建立一套针对性强、重复性好、操作简便的有机氯农药气相色谱检测方法,实验对气相色谱的各个参数进行了探索和优化,分析了各个参数对色谱峰峰形、灵敏度和精密度的影响。结果表明:优化的方法检出限为1μg/L^3μg/L,线性范围0.1~1mg/L,相对标准偏差0.1%~3.5%,完全满足农残检测要求。
A simple and reproducible analysis method was established for detecting organochlorine pesticides based on the use of gas chromatography (GC). The GC parameters that influence the peak shape, sensitivity and detection limitation were optimized. By optimized the GC parameters, the detection limitation can be as low as 1 μg/L-3 μg/L, with the linear range of 0.1-1 mg/L and relative standard deviation of 0.1%-3.5%, which fully meets the requirement for organochlorine pesticides detection.
