鞋用弹性材料拉伸复原性测试方法的研究

Research on the Test Method of Tension Resilience of Elastic Material Used in Shoes

为评价鞋用弹性材料拉伸复原性能,笔者主持参与了福建省地方标准制修订计划项目《鞋用弹性材料拉伸复原性能试验方法》(质监标[2014]137号关于印发2014年第一批福建省地方标准制修订计划项目的通知序号43)的制订,目前已完成了报批工作,并已研制出相应的设备,文中介绍了该检测方法及设备的原理、设计使用的参数及数据整理分析。结果经验证,该设备能广泛用于鞋类检测机构及制鞋行业,检测成本低,速度快,具有较大的推广价值。

For evaluation of shoes with elastic tensile recovery performance, the author presided the local standards revision project ＂the test methods of shoes with elastic material tensile restoration performance ＂in Fujian Province. （quality supervision standard [2014] 137 the print of notice about 2014, the first batch of Fujian Province, local standards revised plan project ,number 43）, has completed the approval, and has developed the corresponding equipment, this paper introduces the methods and equipments for detecting principle, designs parameters and data collection and analysis. The results verified that the device can be widely used in footwear testing organizations and the footwear industry, it have following good properties：low detection cost, fast speed, with a larger value of promotion.
