检测实验室组织结构和岗位设置优化设计

摘要 虽然目前对实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)研究较多,但是其目的主要是方便管理者了解检验的完成情况,涉及到实验室管理改善等具体变革改善的研究不够深入,对实验室的检验工作这一主要职能的促进作用比较有限。从检测实验室的组织结构有序度、岗位设置和检验调度问题两方面进行有针对性地分析,提出优化设计方案。方案的实施离不开LIMS系统的支持,也是LIMS实施过程中需要解决的体制和机制问题。 There are lots of study on the laboratory information management system (LIMS), but they are aim to facilitate the leader management the test of lab, research about the improvement of laboratory management and reform is not deeply enough, and the benefit for the test of laboratory is limited. Analyzing the organization structure, job position and inspection schedule problems,giving out the optimized design scheme. The implementation of the scheme above need the help of LIMS to carded on, and vice versa, LIMS need the reform to mange all of the business.
