摘要
圆锥滚子弧面凸轮是高精度水下换刀装置的核心部件,文章介绍了基于Pro/E的圆锥滚子弧面凸轮参数化建模方法,实现Pro/E的二次开发,有效地提高了产品的设计效率。用ADAMS软件进行运动仿真,验证了参数化设计的正确性;介绍了圆锥滚子弧面分度凸轮的加工难点及解决方法,给出了刀位控制的数学模型,用Matlab仿真计算验证了其可行性。
Tapered roller globoidal indexing cam is the core part of high precision underwater tool changer. Parameterized modeling method of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism of tapered rollers is introduced based on Pro/E, parameter driven interface is built, the efficiency of product design is effectively improved. It also uses ADAMS software to carry out motion simulation to verify the correctness of the parametric design. Then, the conical roller globoidal indexing cam is taken as the subject. It mainly introduces the processing difficulties and solving method of globoidal indexing cam, then makes the mathematical model of tool control and simulate the processing result by using Matlab to verify the feasibility of the method.
