省级科技文献共享服务平台现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Current Situation of Provincial Scientific Literature Sharing Service Platforms

采用文献计量法和统计法,对国内主要省级科技文献共享服务平台运行的概况、服务站建设、文献资源、信息服务及网站运行等调查问卷结果进行了梳理统计和分析,针对大多数平台存在的文献数据库资源结构和信息服务内容大致相同、资源共建共享程度较低、特色资源种类较少、特色服务不明显及用户发展困难等主要问题,提出了以元数据仓储技术为核心,构建平台并完成平台的升级改版,加大特色资源的建设力度,积极探索新型知识服务,打破省级区域限制,在文献资源集团采购、协同知识服务和特色资源共享等方面开展相互合作,全面提升平台综合服务能力的措施建议,以期为省级服务平台提供有益参考。

The authors design questionnaire forms and analyze the main provincial scientifi c literature sharing service platforms in our country, in terms of general operation, service station construction, literature resources, information service, network running, and so forth, by the bibliometric and statistical methods. Addressing the main existing problems of the majority, such as similar database resource structure and information service content, less resource co-construction and sharing, less feature resource species, unapparent characteristic service, and lack of user development, the paper advises to take the metadata storage technology as the core, build the platform and fi nish the revision, promote the featured resource construction, explore new pattern knowledge service, break the provincial regional restrictions, carry our mutual cooperation among literature resource group purchasing, collaborative knowledge service and feature resource sharing, and multiple comprehensive measures to improve the platform.
