摘要
目的研究果酸联合微针对痤疮治疗的临床效果。方法临床纳入86例我院2015年03月至2015年12月期间收治的痤疮患者,所有患者按随机数字表法分为两组各43例。其中43例患者采用果酸治疗作为对照组,另43例患者在上述基础上联合微针治疗作为观察组。观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组、对照组总有效率分别为79.07%、62.79%,观察组明显较高,P<0.05。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为6.98%、16.28%,观察组明显较低,P<0.05。结论迪传奇微针联合果酸治疗痤疮效果显著,且有效降低不良反应发生情况,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of alpha hydroxy acid and microneedle in the treatment of acne. Method 86 patients with acne treated from March 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases each group. The control group took alpha hydroxy acid; the observation group took alpha hydroxy acid and microneedle. The clinical effect and adverse reaction was observed. Result The total effective rate of observation group（79.07%） was significantly higher than that of control group（62.79%）（P〈 0.05）; the adverse event rate of observation group（6.98%） was significantly lower than that of control group（16.28%）（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The alpha hydroxy acid and microneedle has an obvious effect in the treatment of acne, can reduce the adverse event rate. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
