摘要
实验研究了单光束连续激光束注入自锁定的内置外腔单模法布里-珀罗激光器时导致的光学注入锁定现象。讨论了边模抑制比、主导模功率、锁定模功率和带宽随波长失谐的变化,以及波长锁定范围与不同边模的关系,并进一步分析了注入激光束在不同的波长失谐条件下,激光器主导模功率随外部注入功率变化的变化情况。
This paper experimentally researches the phenomena of optical injection locking based on self-locked single-mode Fabry-Perot laser diode using built-in external cavity by injecting single continuous laser beam. It discusses the characteristics of side-mode suppression ratio, power of dominated mode, power and bandwidth of locking mode against the wavelength detuning, and wavelength dependent locking range as a function of various side modes in detail, in the cases of various wavelength detunings for injection continuous laser, analyzes the power of dominant mode with respect to external injection power
