摘要
深厚硬岩地层施工钻孔灌注桩时,采用传统成孔技术施工易出现无法钻进、施工效率低等现象,普遍存在入岩困难问题。在综合分析潜孔锤钻机和旋挖钻机各自施工优势的基础上,提出了采用改进的1 200mm大直径潜孔锤配合旋挖钻机的综合施工技术,具有硬岩钻进速度快、成桩质量好的特点,并对其工作原理、施工工艺流程、技术特点进行了深入研究。
For deep hard rock formation,the traditional construction technology has problems of unable to drill,low efficiency and difficult in entering the rock.In the comprehensive analysis of DTH hammer drill and rotary digging pile drill based on the respective advantages in construction,this paper puts forward comprehensive construction technology of improved large diameter hammer and rotating drill,with characteristics of hard rock drilling speed and good quality,and lucubrating its working principle,construction process,technical characteristics.
