摘要
针对传统风力发电装置使用过程稳定性差、能量回收率低的问题,将改进型无级调速机构安装于风力发电装置中,建立新型风力发电装置传动布置方案并完成新型传动布置方案理论建模,最后通过试验手段对安装改进型无级调速机构前后风力发电装置性能参数的变化规律进行对比分析。研究结果表明,安装改进型无级调速机构后,风力发电装置叶片能量转化效率得到提高,叶片与齿轮箱连接轴承受转矩大小及变化幅度得到降低;改进型无级调速机构较好地提高了风力发电装置的性能参数,新型布置方案可行。
In view of the problems of poor stability and low energy recovery of the traditional wind power device,a new type of wind power device is installed in the wind power device. The new type of wind power device layout scheme is set up,and the transmission layout scheme theoretical model is completed. Finally,in the end,the performance parameters of the wind power device are compared and analyzed through the test method.The research result shows that,after the installation of the improved CVT mechanism,the energy conversion efficiency of the wind power device is improved,and the connecting shaft torque magnitude and change range of the blade and gearbox is reduced. The improved CVT mechanism can improve the performance parameters of the wind power device,and the new layout scheme is feasible.
