摘要 针对石墨化生产过程的需要,采用MCGS组态软件作为软件开发平台,研究与设计了一种基于MCGS组态的新型艾奇逊石墨化炉功率自动控制系统。该系统采用工控机作为控制主机,使用RS485总线技术构建控制系统的结构,替代原有人工或半自动控制系统实现了艾奇逊炉石墨化过程的电功率自动控制。该系统在湖南某公司的锂离子电池负极材料石墨化生产线运行历时一年多,完成了120炉次以上的生产。运行效果表明:系统操作简单、性能可靠,石墨化产品质量稳定,单炉次的石墨化能耗下降约6%,能可靠恢复异常断电时的系统运行状态,并表现出很好的鲁棒性和适应性。 In order to meet the need of graphitizing process, a new kind of automatic power control system for Acheson graphitization furnace is studied and designed based on MCGS configuration software. Using the RS485 bus technology to build the control system and IPC as the control host, the system replaces the existing manual or semi-automatic control systems to achieve automatic power control for Acheson graphitizing process. The system has lasted for more than a year in a company of Lithium electrode material graphitizing in Hunan with 120 production cycles, and the operating effects show that the system is stable and easy to operate, and the quality of the product is stable and power consumption declines by 6 %. The system can automatically recover from any abnormal power outage. It shows that the system has very good robustness and adaptability.
