摘要
随着电力电子技术的发展,开关电容变换电器也有了很大的发展,而调压特性差、开关器件通断瞬间的电流冲击大等问题是当前影响开关电容变换器进一步发展的主要难题。针对这一难题,提出了一种新型限流开关电容DC-DC组合变换器,该变换器电路是由基本的BOOST电路和开关电容变换电路组合而成。通过合理设计变换器的拓扑结构,使得变换器具有良好的调压特性,并且能控制电容充放电电流,从而使得变换器所有开关器件的通断瞬间电流冲击得到有效的抑制。最后对所提出变换器的拓扑进行了理论分析和仿真实验验证,通过结果证明了其正确性和有效性。
With the development of power electronics technology, the switched capacitor converter also has been greatly developed. Bad voltage regulating characteristic and high switching tube current become the main factors that impede the development of the switched capacitor converter. This paper presents a current limiting switched capacitor DC-DC combined converter to solve this problem. This designed converter is a combination of the basic BOOST converter circuit and the switched-capacitor converter circuit. The new topology is established to make the converter has good voltage regulating characteristics. At the same time, the charge/discharge current of the capacitor is controlled. Then the switching tube current is limited. Finally, theoretical analysis and simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the tgresented converter.
