摘要
电容层析成像技术(Electrical Capacitance Tomography,ECT)以其结构简单、响应速度快、非侵入、无辐射等优点成为检测科学领域里的研究热点之一。介绍了一种基于DSP控制的8极板电容层析成像系统,描述了它的硬件检测电路组成、工作原理并给出了图像重建算法和DSP软件设计流程。将该系统应用于土壤水分分布的测量中,构建了一土壤水分测试实验平台,完成了4种不同土壤湿度分布下的成像信息测试。实验结果表明,管道截面土壤湿度分布不同时,成像图像能够给出其可视化分布形态。
Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) technique has the advantages of non-intrusive, non-radiate, fast response, easy to implement, low cost and is widely applied. Currently, it is a hot spot in PT research. This paper briefly discusses an 8electrode ECT system based on DSP. The design of hardware, software of DSP and ECT sensor, principle of this system are described. An experiment test on measurement of soil moisture distribution using Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) technique has been done. The tomography reconstruction tests of four different soil moisture distributions have been done. The reconstruction results show that ECT sensor can be used for visualization measurement of moisture distribution in soil.
