摘要
为了改善传统语音对讲系统的抗干扰能力弱、布线复杂及实时性差等问题,设计了一种基于CAN总线的数字语音对讲系统。本系统由PIC18F66K80单片机内置的CAN控制器与CAN总线驱动器MCP2551构成CAN总线通信并采用总线型拓扑结构;使用编解码芯片MC145480实现对语音的编解码。实际测试表明:该数字语音对讲系统具有布线简便、成本低廉、抗干扰能力强、实时性和可靠性能够满足现场使用要求等特点。
The weak anti-jamming ability,cabling complexity and poor real-time were the problems of the traditional voice intercom. In order to improve this problem,a digital voice intercom system based on CAN bus was proposed in this paper. The CAN bus controller which was built in PIC18F66K80 and MCP2551( the independent CAN transceiver) were used to achieve the CAN communication,at the meantime the bus topology was taken in the voice intercom system. The voice codec chip MC145480 was used to realize the voice coding and decoding. The real test showed that the cabling simple,low cost,strong anti-jamming ability,good real-time and high reliability were the advantages of the digital voice intercom system.
