基于工时测定的骨髓移植病房护理人力配置的研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的通过测定骨髓移植病房护理工作量,明确其护士配置的实际需求,探索其人力资源配置特点。方法编制护理项目观察表,培训观察员,测量病房直接护理项目和间接护理项目的总工时,计算病房所需护士数。结果本病房涉及98项护理项目,其中直接护理项目68项,间接护理项目30项;平均每例患者24h护理项目总工时为730.86min;理论所需床护比为1∶2.2。结论本研究初步测量骨髓移植病房的护理工作量,并计算出适用于骨髓移植病房的理论床护比,为在临床进行科学的护理人力资源配置提供了客观依据。 Objective To confirm the nursing manpower allocation needs in bone marrow transplant unit and to explore the characteristics of human resource configuration by measuring nursing workload. Methods A list of nursing procedures for observation was compiled ,and observers were trained. The total workload was measured ,and the needed nursing manpower was calculated. Results The unit involved 95 nursing procedures,including 65 di- rect nursing procedures and 30 indirect ones. On average,the total working hours for each patient in 24 hours were 730.86 min. The theoretical patient-to-nurse ratio was 1:2.2. Conclusion This study obtained the total nurs- ing workload in a bone marrow transplant unit,and calculated the theoretical bed-nurse ratio,which would provide a reasonable evidence for nursing human resources allocation.
