Self-efficacy in patents with rheumatoid arthritis: a literature review

摘要类风湿关节炎（rheumatoidarthritis，RA）是一种以致残性关节病变为主的全身性自身免疫疾病。RA患者不仅需要面对关节疼痛、晨僵、疲乏、肌力减退等临床表现给日常生活带来的困难。与此同时．疾病活动也使患者产生焦虑、抑郁、无助等一系列心理负担，严重影响JRA患者的生活质量。自我效能感作为社会认知理论的核心概念，
