无陪伴病房患者安全护理评价指标体系的建立

Development of an indicator system for evaluating patient safety and nursing management in non-accompa-nying ward

目的初步构建一套科学、客观、全面地无陪伴病房患者安全护理评价指标体系。方法在三维质量结构理论基础上,采用文献检索法、专家小组讨论、Delphi专家函询法,筛选指标,建立无陪伴病房患者安全护理评价指标体系。结果两轮函询中问卷回收率分别为88.2%、100%,权威系数分别为0.865、0.873,协调系数分别为0.178、0.330,构建了包含12项一级指标,47项二级指标的无陪伴病房患者安全护理评价指标体系。结论构建的无陪伴病房患者安全护理评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,为护理管理者进行病房患者安全管理提供客观、可量化的依据。

Objective To develop a scientific,objective and comprehensive indicator system for evaluating patient safety and nursing management in non-accompanying ward. Methods Based on structure-process-outcome theory, the indicators were identified by literature review,expert group discussion and Delphi method. Results In two rounds of surveys,the rates of questionnaire retrieve were 88.2% and 100%,respectively. The authoritative coeffi- cients were 0.865 and 0.873; the coordination coefficients were 0.178 and 0.330. The indicator system consisted of 12 first-level indicators and 47 second-level indicators. Conclusion The developed indicator system for evaluating patient safety and nursing management in non-accompanying ward was scientific and reliable,and could provide ref- erences for safety management in non-accompanying ward.
