Nursing of a familial amyloid polyneuropathy patient with liver transplantation: a case study

摘要 总结1例家族性淀粉样变性周围神经病患者行肝移植的护理经验。护理要点包括:准确判断患者意识状态,及时实施抢救;多途径补充营养,根据患者情况调整饮食;严密监测他克莫司血药浓度,严格控制药物剂量;尽早开展四肢功能锻炼和肺部功能锻炼,制订个性化训练方案;准确评估患者心理状况,寻求家庭心理支持。通过治疗、护理,患者恢复良好,因淀粉样物质沉积引起的多发神经症及周围神经症状缓解后出院。
