摘要
以太阳电池为研究对象,通过Matlab建立数学模型,对太阳电池的输出特性进行仿真研究。然后通过天津地区实际的太阳电池进行测试实验,建立太阳电池输出功率与积灰密度关系的数学模型。研究结果表明:随太阳电池表面积灰密度的增加,太阳电池的输出功率相应的减少,且得到在一定条件下(辐照度为1000 W/m2、温度为25℃),太阳电池输出功率与积灰密度的数学公式。最后通过数据分析得出天津地区太阳电池积灰会造成光伏组件年均降低发电效率约为6%。
Taking PV modules as the research object, using Matlab to establish the mathematical model, the PV module was simulated to study the output characteristics. Then the actual PV module in Tianjin area was tested to set up mathematical model of the relationship between the output power and dust stratification density on PV module. The results show that the output power of the PV module is reduced accordingly with the increase of the dust stratification density on the surface of PV module. And under certain conditions, the mathematical formula on relationship between the output power of the PV module and the dust stratification density has been gotten. Finally, the data analyses show that the dust stratification on PV module can reduce annual power generation efficiency of PV module by about 6% in Tianjin.
