摘要 采用微波辅助加热,在甲酸溶剂体系下(甲酸,分析纯)催化酸解木质素,获得以单酚类化合物为主的油1相和木质素部分降解并能溶于乙酸乙酯的大分子物质的油2相产物.实验研究不同分子筛催化剂(HY、HZSM-5、SBA-15)下加热温度(110~170℃)和反应时间(5~60 min)对油相产率以及单酚类化合物分布特性的影响规律.HY和HZSM-5分子筛催化剂能明显提高其液体产率(油1产率:9.69%~13.64%;油相总产率:64.09%~88.19%),而SBA-15对于提高油1相产率作用不明显.分子筛催化剂明显提高了2-甲氧基苯酚(G1)、香兰素(G2)和2,6-二甲氧基苯酚(S1)的产率.最后基于实验结论解析,对产物中主要的Guaiacol(G)类和Syringol (S)类化合物的形成机理做出推断. The catalytic acidolysis of black-liquor lignin was studied by microwave assisted heating, obtained oil phase 1 product mainly including phenolic compounds and oil phase 2 product mainly including macromolecular substances of partial degraded lignin that could be dissolved in ethyl acetate. The experiment studied the influence of heating temperature ( 110- 170 ℃ ) and reaction time (5- 60 min) of different zeolite catalysts (HY, HZSM- 5, SBA- 15) on oil phase yield and the distribution feature of phenolic compounds. HY and HZSM-5 zeolite catalysts could obviously improve the liquid yields (oill yield: 9.69%-13.64%, oil phase total yield: 64.09%-88.19%). However, the function of SBA-15 on improving oil phase 1 yield was not obvious. The zeolite catalysts significantly enhanced the yields of 2-methoxy phenol (G1), vanillin (G2) and 2,6-dimethoxy phenol (S1). The formation mechanism of Guaiacol (G) and Syringol (S) compounds in product had been deduced based on the analyses of experiment conclusion.
