摘要
boost升压电路在电子电路设计中有着广泛的应用。文章提出一种新型同步boost电路,其结构简单,性能突出。用Cadence软件进行模拟仿真,系统频率为100 k Hz,3.3 V输入,5 V/2.5 A输出,效率达到95%。
The boost circuit is widely used in the design of electronic circuit.This paper presents a novel synchronous boost circuit,which has a simple structure and high-efficiency.Simulated with Cadence software,the system frequency is 100 k Hz,the efficiency is 95% with 3.3 V input and 5 V/2.5 A output.
