以基于校企合作的"张江普陀园生物医药新材料人才实训基地"为例,介绍了基地在功能定位、校企合作、重点专业设置、师资培养、设备资源共享等实训模式改革方面的创新经验和特色,提出了发挥校企合作优势,建设具有特色鲜明、效果显著、可持续发展的张江人才实训基地,协助引导人才培养链与新材料领域产业链、创新链有机的衔接。

It takes ＂Zhangjiang Patuo Bio-medicne ＆ Advanced Material Talent Training Base＂ as an example of coboration between universily and enterprise, introducing the innovation experience and characteristics of the training mode reform in the aspects of function orientation, university-enter collaboration, key specialty setting, teacher training, equipment resource sharing and so on. Proposed to take the advantages of collaboration between universities and enterprises through construction of distinctively feature, significant effect and sustainable development of Zhangjiang talent training base, to help to guide and promote the development of talent chain linked with new materials industry and innovation chain.
