摘要
针对引入紧急订购模式后鱼雷备件供应策略的优化问题,根据当前备件供应特点,取消泊松需求及紧急订购提前期忽略等假设,以产品剩余交付时间为系统状态,建立了常规及紧急订购下的成本计算公式,给出了紧急订购时机及订购量的启发式优化算法。算例分析表明:该算法不仅能够改善系统效能,而且实施方便,具有较好的军事及经济效益。
For ordering policy optimization with emergency supply,the cost formulas for normal and emergency replenishments are established on the hypotheses that demand process obeys Poisson distribution and lead time of emergency order is negligible when the state of inventory system is completely characterized by the remaining delivery time for the item that will satisfy the future demand.An algorithm is developed to optimize the triggering time and ordering quantity of emergency replenishments.The numerical experiments show that the proposed models can improve the system performance and be easily handled with profound military and economic consequence.
