摘要
对TB8合金冷轧板材在770-820℃温度范围内的再结晶动力学研究表明:试验用TB8钛合金冷轧板材的再结晶最佳退火温度为790-810℃。采用Avrami方程可以较好的描述冷轧TB8合金板材退火过程的再结晶情况。800℃退火处理动力学拟合方程为:lnln[1/(1-x(t)]-2.38+0.86lnt。由实验数据计算得到合金再结晶激活能为102.87 kJ/mol。
The recrystallizaiton kinetics during annealing process of cold-rolled TB8 alloy plate was investigated. The results show that the optimum annealing temperature of the test material is from 790 to 810 °C. The relationship between annealing time and volume fraction of the recrystallized grains at 800 °C can be described by the Avrami equation of ln ln[1 /(1-x(t)] ? ?2.38 ?0.86 ln t. Based on the kinetics analysis of recrystallization process, the activation energy is calculated to be 102.87 k J/mol.
