摘要
新型气浮—沉淀工艺是给水处理的新型组合工艺之一,珠海三灶水厂(2×10~4m^3/d)的改造工程采用了该工艺。在水厂调试运行过程中,新型气浮—沉淀池切换运行气浮或沉淀工艺,分析了其出水水质。结果表明,在原水高浊度情况下,沉淀+过滤工艺的出水浊度稳定在0.5NTU以下;在原水低浊度、高铁浓度或高藻类的情况下,气浮工艺较沉淀工艺出水水质好,气浮出水浊度绝大部分稳定在0.5 NTU以下、铁稳定在0.05 mg/L以下、藻类数稳定在3×10~5个/L以下;而在原水高锰浓度(>0.1 mg/L)情况下,运行气浮工艺和沉淀工艺出水效果都不理想,但后续的锰砂滤池可以有效去除多余的铁、锰。
The new air flotation -sedimentation process is one of the new combined processes for water treatment, which was used in the reconstruction project with treatment capacity of 2 × 104 m3/d in Sanzao Waterworks in Zhuhai. During the commissioning, the new air flotation - sedimentation tank was operated by switching between the air flotation process and sedimentation process, and the effluent quality was analyzed. The results showed that the turbidity of the effluent from the sedimentation/filtering process was below 0.5 NTU when treating the raw water with high turbidity. The effluent quality from the air flo- tation process was better than that from the sedimentation process, with turbidity of below 0.5 NTU, iron of below 0.05 mg/L and algae of below 3 ×105 ind./L when treating the raw water with low turbidity, high iron concentration or high algae. Both the sedimentation process and the air flotation process showed unsatisfactory results when treating the raw water with high manganese (more than 0.1 mg/L). The fol- lowing manganese sand filter could effectively remove the excess iron and manganese.
