杀菌剂在反渗透膜污染去除中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了反渗透膜杀菌剂ORPERSION E2661A在某电子废水反渗透处理系统中的应用情况。研究结果表明,运行开始时就添加ORPERSION E2661A,能有效控制通水压差上升并防止膜通量下降,同时可有效控制细菌总数,但对电导率没有显著影响;对通水压差上升的RO膜添加ORPERSION E2661A,能有效降低通水压差,同时具有控制细菌增长的趋势,降低药品清洗的次数。 The application of the microbicide ORPERSION E2661A in a reverse osmosis treatment system for electronic wastewater was introduced. The experimental results indicated that the addition of microbicide ORPERSION E2661A at the beginning of operation could effectively inhibit the increase of water pressure difference, reduce the membrane flux and control the bacterial growth. There was no sig- nificant influence on the change of conductivity. For the RO membrane with increase in water pressure difference, addition of ORPERSION E2661A could effectively reduce the water pressure difference, con- trol the bacterial growth and decrease the frequency of chemical cleaning.
