摘要
利用排水系统一维二维耦合模拟技术对武汉市武昌区排水系统进行评估,获得了管网中瓶颈管段、易渍水区域的分析结果。对现状管网中存在的问题进行了分类总结。针对老城区存在的径流系数降低困难,同时又面临着较高的防涝标准这一矛盾,提出了"排放与调蓄相结合、深层输送与浅层输送相结合"的方式予以解决。对规划方案实施后的管网进行评估分析,验证方案的合理性和可行性。结果表明,方案实施后较好地解决了城区排渍问题,极大缓解了超长重现期降雨情况下的城区内涝程度。
The 1D-2D coupling simulation technology was used for the assessment of the stormwa- ter system in Wuchang District, Wuhan City, and the information about overloading pipes and water- logged areas was obtained with analysis of hydraulic simulation result. The problems existing in the cur- rent stormwater system were summarized and categorized. The method of "combination of discharge and storage, combination of superficial system and deep system" was proposed to solve the conflict between high runoff coefficient and high standard of flooding prevention. After the implementation of the planning scheme, the stormwater system was evaluated by hydraulic model to verifier the reasonability and feasibil- ity of the planning scheme. The results showed that the planning scheme could alleviate the urban water- logging under the condition of long return period rainfall.
