脉诊部位衍变因素探讨

Analysis of the Development of Pulse Position Factors

脉诊是中医学的特色诊断方法之一,是数千年来中医学实践积累的成果。中医脉诊部位由"遍身诊"、"三部诊"衍变为"独取寸口",其发展轨迹由繁入简,究其原因主要与元气论、寸口与五脏的关系、全息思想、道德观等影响因素密切相关。因此回溯脉诊古籍,对脉学轨迹发展和变化的原因进行了分析,从分析结果可以看出,随着历史的发展脉诊部位由繁入简的发展轨迹是历史的必然,符合一切科学理论发展的基本规律。

Pulse taking was one of the characteristics diagnostic methods and the practical accomplishments of TCM.The pulse taking position evolved into ‘taking Cunkou alone＇from ‘three parts with nine palpations＇ and ‘three part pulse＇. The development track of pulse taking position evolved from complex to simple,which closely related with the influence factors as theory of vitality Qi,relationship between Cunkou and five internal organs,holographic theory,morality and so on. So this paper reviewed the ancient books of pulse taking,and analyzed the causes influencing the development of sphygmology. The results showed that the changing track of pulse raking position was the necessity of historical development,which complied with all the basic rule of scientific theory development.
