栀子甘草豉汤、大黄黄连泻心汤及其合方对反流性食管炎模型大鼠胃肠激素的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨栀子甘草豉汤、大黄黄连泻心汤及其合方对混合性反流性食管炎大鼠食管黏膜及胃肠激素的影响及作用机制。方法:采用食管十二指肠吻合术建立反流性食管炎模型,1周后假手术组、模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,西药组大鼠灌胃莫沙必利,各中药组分别灌胃栀子甘草豉汤、大黄黄连泻心汤及合方;术后5周处死大鼠计算食管系数并做组织病理学观察;检测血清中胃肠激素GAS、MIL、VIP含量。结果:三方均可显著降低血清中GAS、MIL含量,提高血清中VIP含量,降低食管系数,改善食管大体及病理组织评分,其中合方效果最显著。结论:栀子甘草豉汤、大黄黄连泻心汤及合方能够提高反流性食管炎大鼠GAS、MIL水平和降低VIP水平,增强食管下括约压力,制止胃肠内容物反流到食管,从而保护食管黏膜起到治疗反流性食管炎的作用。 Objective: To observe the effects of Zhizi Gancao Chi Decoction( ZGCD),Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction( DHXD) and the Integrated Decoction( ID) on Reflux esophagitis and the mechanism of action of Gastrointestinal hormones in rat's esophagus mucosa. Method: Using esophagoduodenostomy to estabish the model of reflux esophagitis,after1 week,normal saline was given to sham operated group and model group by intragastric administration,Mosapride was given to western medicine control group,corresponding Chinese crude drug was given to each Chinese drugs group which was ZGCD,PHXD and ID. After 5 weeks of operation execute all the rats,calculate esophago coefficient,do histopathology observation and test gastrointestinal hormones GAS,MIL,VIP content of serum. Result: The three decoctions could significantly reduce serum GAS,MIL content,increased serum levels of VIP,and improved esophagus body and score of pathological tissue,ID is best. Conclusion: ZGCD,PHXD and ID can increase GAS and MIL level,and lower VIP level with reflux esophagitis in rats,and then enhance the lower esophageal sphincter pressure and stop the gastrointestinal contents into the esophagus,thus protecting the esophageal mucosa,play the important role to treat the reflux esophagitis.
