脐疗对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effect of Umbilical Therapy on Diarrhea Type in the Irritable Bowel Syndrome Model Rats

目的:探讨隔药灸脐法对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠的影响效应。方法:将大鼠按随机数字表法分为5组,除空白对照组外,其余4组均建立IBS-D模型。空白对照组与模型组不做任何治疗,其余组分别采用隔药灸脐法、药物敷贴法、艾条灸脐法进行治疗。对各组大鼠症状、结肠运动及肠道敏感性进行评估并比较各组差异。结果:在改善IBS-D模型大鼠症状、结肠运动及肠道敏感性方面,隔药灸脐组、药物敷贴组、艾条灸脐组均优于模型组,隔药灸脐组优于药物敷贴组和艾条灸脐组。结论:隔药灸脐法、药物敷贴法、艾条灸脐法能够改善IBS-D模型大鼠症状、结肠运动及肠道敏感性,且隔药灸脐法疗效最佳。

Objective： To investigate the effect of herb-partition moxibustion on the navel of treating diarrheapredominant irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS-D）. Methods： The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. In addition to the normal group,the other 4 groups were set up the model of IBS-D. The normal group and the model group were haven＇t any treatment; the other groups were respectively treated by herb-partition moxibustion on the navel,drug covering navel therapy and navel therapy with moxa stick moxibustion. We observed the symptoms,colon movement,intestinal sensitivity and then compared the differences among these groups. Results： In terms of the above effect indicators,the group of herbpartition moxibustion on the navel,the group of drug covering navel therapy and the group of navel therapy with moxa stick moxibustion are all superior to the model group,and the group of herb-partition moxibustion on the navel is superior to the group of drug covering navel therapy and the group of navel therapy with moxa stick moxibustion. Conclusion： Herbpartition moxibustion on the navel,drug covering navel therapy and navel therapy with moxa stick moxibustion can improve the symptoms, colon movement and intestinal sensitivity of the rats with IBS-D. The advantages of herb-partition moxibustion on the navel are more obvious.
