关于“气至”之思辨

Speculation to Arrival of Qi in Acupuncture

关于"气至"的内涵及其与"得气"的关系一直以来有诸多争议。自《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)确定了基本定义以来,关于"气至"的探索后世历代医家各有阐发。因此,梳理针刺"气至"和"得气"含义的衍变及其与针刺疗效的关系,不仅有益于针灸学理论的继承与发展,而且也将进一步提高针刺的临床疗效。

As always,there are controversies about the connotation of Arrival of qi and its relationship with Deqi.After the definition was determined in Inner Canon of Huangdi,it was further enunciated by later physicians of past generations based on their clinical experience. Therefore,sorting out and categorizing the evolution of the two concepts and the relationships with acupuncture effect are conducive not only to inheritance and development of acupuncture theory,but also to improve the clinical effect of acupuncture.
