摘要
运用单因素实验考察了谷糠吸附剂加入量(X_1)、p H(X_2)、时间(X_3)、Cu^(2+)的浓度(X_4)等条件对Cu^(2+))吸附性能的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,运用二次回归正交旋转组合设计对谷糠吸附剂吸附Cu^(2+))条件进行优化,并建立正交回归模型。由模型推知,当Cu^(2+))的初始浓度为5.04 mg·L-1,吸附剂加入量为3.84 g·L-1,p H为5.48,吸附时间为42.85 min时,谷糠吸附剂对Cu^(2+))的吸附率最高可达94.02%。在该条件下进行反复实验,平均吸附率达到93.28%,证明该实验具有可靠性。
The effects of conditions including chaff dosage( X, ), pH value ( X2 ), adsorption time ( X3 ) and the initial concentration of Cu2+ (X4)on the adsorption properties of Cu2+ were studied by single factor experiments.On the basis of single factor experiments, four main experimental conditions for the adsorption of Cu2+ were optimized using quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design.A quadratic orthogonal regression model was established. According to the modal,the highest theoretical adsorption efficiency was obtained (94.02%)under the conditions as follows:the initial concentration of Cu2+ 5.04 mg. L-1, chaff dosage 3.84 g. L-1, pH value 5.48 and reaction time 42.85 min.Through repeatedly experimental test under this condition,the average adsorption rate reached 93.28%, which proved that the test was reliable.
