刚性铺装在桥面正交异性板补强中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 为应对重交通或桥面系刚度不足时,桥面正交异性板的疲劳裂缝和铺装的早期破坏问题,国外发展了刚性铺装技术。该文结合实际工程案例,对比分析了国内外刚性铺装的典型结构、受力特征、铺装材料和施工工艺。综合分析表明:荷兰、日本和中国刚性铺装结构的主要区别在于铺装层与桥面顶板的连接上;相对于柔性铺装,刚性铺装可使正交异性板疲劳细节的峰值拉应力降低约95%;各国刚性铺装的加筋材料和用量有所不同,混凝土则有超高性能混凝土、钢纤维快硬水泥混凝土和高韧性水泥混凝土3种类型。
