桂利嗪改善肝脏循环对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的治疗作用 被引量:3

Improvement of liver circulation induced by cinnarizine alleviates nonalcoholic steatohepatits

摘要 目的观察桂利嗪对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的治疗作用。方法 NASH患者分成对照组(n=55)和治疗组(n=70),接受饮食和生活方式控制。治疗组在对照组的基础上予桂利嗪50 mg,睡前一次性口服。开始每2周检测丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、丙二醛(MDA)和三酰甘油(TG)1次,连续3个月后每月检测1次,直到满6个月时观察停止。同时观察体重指数、门静脉血流速度等指标。结果两组患者体重指数在12周达到正常体重指数(24.1±3.4)kg·m^(-2)之后仍能保持稳定。治疗组ALT的恢复较对照组明显加快(P<0.05),4周时即达到正常。相比对照组,治疗组γ-GT下降速度较快,6周即达到正常范围(45.8±10.4)U·L^(-1),较对照组提前4周。两组TG变化无差异(P>0.05),治疗组MDA较对照组明显下降,8周降低至最低水平并维持。治疗组门静脉血流2~4周之间较对照组明显加速,之后持续稳定在正常范围。结论桂利嗪通过改善血液循环而促使脂肪性肝炎的恢复。 AIM To observe the effect of cinnarizine on non- alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). METHODS NASH patients were divided into treatment group (70 cases) and control group (55 cases). All patients adopted the basis treatment for control of diet and lifestyle. The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), gamma glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT), malondialdehyde (MDA) and triglyceride (TG) in serum were measured per 2 weeks in the first 3 months. Then, detection was performed per month till to the end of 6th month. At the same time, indexes of body mass index, portal blood flow velocity alterations were observated. RESULTS Both of the two groups' body mass index reached to the normal level (24.1 ±3.4) kg·m^-2 at the end of 12th week, then kept to the normal level. The ALT level of the treatment group recovered more faster than that of the control group, which reached the normal level in 4th weeks. The γ-GT level of the treatment group decreased significantly than that of the control group, and in the end of 6th weeks it reached to the normal level (45.8 ± 10.4) U·L^-1. There was indistinguishable alteration of TG between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). The level of MDA in the treatment group reached the rock bottom in the end of 8th weeks. Portal blood flow velocity between 2-4 weeks in the treatment group was obviously accelerated than the control group and followed by a steady level between the normal range. CONCLUSION Cinnarizine improves blood circulation to promote the recovery of fatty liver hepatitis.
