摘要
通过热模拟实验研究了Al-5.8Cu-0.6Mg-0.6Ag-0.3Nd合金在变形温度360~520℃和应变速率0.001~10 s^(-1)下的热变形行为。计算了变形激活能,建立了变形本构方程,绘制了变形条件下的热加工图。结果表明,合金最适宜的加工变形条件为变形温度440℃和应变速率0.001s^(-1)。
The thermal deformation behavior of Al-5.8Cu-0.6Mg-0.6Ag-0.3Nd alloy was investigated at 360-520℃ and strain rates of 0.001-10s^(-1) by thermal simulation test. The deformation activation energy was calculated, and the constitutive equation was established. The hot processing map was also drawn under the deformation conditions. The results show that the suitable deformation condition of AI-5.8Cu-0.6Mg-0.6Ag-0.3Nd alloy is deformation temperature of 440℃ and strain rates of 0.001s^-1.
