摘要
真空熔铸一体化技术集真空环境下熔炼和浇注于一体,是一种将传统的调压铸造和重力铸造相结合的新技术。分析了真空熔铸一体化技术的工作原理和气压控制、熔炼、浇注系统等工艺。该技术配合适当的浇冒系统,可以明显提高铸件的充型和补缩能力,提高组织性能,适用于薄壁壳体等高质量铸件的生产。
Vacuum smelting and casting multifunction technology is a new one which gathers smelting and casting under the vacuum surrounding, and combines the traditional adjusted pressure casting and gravity casting. The fundamental principles and the process of vacuum smelting and casting multifunction technology were analyzed, such as: control of pressure, melting process, and gate system. The technology coordinating with appropriate gating and riser system can enhance the mold filling capability and feeding capacity, improve the microstructure, and fit for thef production of thin-willed shell castings with high quality.
