摘要
耐磨性能是刹车盘材料的一项关键性能。本文通过对高碳当量灰铸铁添加Cu、Cr合金元素,再加入适量Mn、S元素合金化来提高其综合性能。结果表明:在Cu、Cr合金化的同时加入适量的Mn、S元素,可以提高灰铸铁的强度和耐磨性,满足刹车盘材料的需求。
Wear-resisting performance is a key performance for brake disc materials. Through adding Cu, Cr alloying elements, and a moderate amount of Mn, S alloying elements to the high carbon equivalent gray cast iron, the comprehensive performance was improved. The results show that, at the same time of Cu,Cr alloying, joining the suitable amount ofMn, S contents can improve the strength and wear resistance of the gray cast iron, which meets the requirements of brake disc material.
