摘要
优化了AC7A铝镁合金的成分组成,满足了动圈骨架作为振动试验设备用主要结构件特殊要求。通过控制原材料、优化铸造工艺设计、改变熔炼和浇注工艺及使用低压铸造工艺等措施解决了动圈骨架易产生夹渣和缩松的问题。
In order to meet the special needs of armature skeleton as main structure of vibration test equipment, the alloy components were optimized. Through controlling raw materials, optimizing the design of foundry technology, changing the melting and pouring process, and using low pressure casting technology, the problem that armature skeleton was easy to produce slag inclusions and shrinkage defects was solved.
